Terms of Service
Stumari is a web-based operational management service for small hotels, guesthouses and apartments. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Provider and contact details
The service is provided by IE Ivane Kutateladze (identification code 01019013820).
Email: kutateladze.ivane@gmail.com
Legal address: 57, Revaz Uridia Street, Tbilisi 0180, Georgia
Phone: +995 557 876 969.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Account holders must provide accurate information, protect their passwords and avoid sharing access with unauthorized people. Customers are responsible for activity under their accounts and permissions granted to team members. You may not use the service unlawfully, bypass security controls or access another customer’s data without authorization.
3. What Stumari provides
The service includes property and room management, a booking calendar, channel-calendar synchronization, notifications, operational reports and tax-calculation assistance. Feature availability may depend on the selected plan and connected third-party services.
4. Trial, pricing and payment
The trial period advertised on the website is 14 days. Current plan prices and features are shown on the pricing page and in the account. Before any paid subscription, card registration or automatic renewal is enabled, the customer will be shown the amount, billing interval and cancellation terms separately. No charge should be made without clear authorization.
5. Channel synchronization and double bookings
Connected iCal calendars are scheduled to be checked approximately every 15 minutes. Actual update times depend on Stumari availability, external platform polling and refresh intervals, and network conditions. Synchronization is not instantaneous, and Stumari cannot guarantee that every external booking will appear immediately or that double bookings will be prevented in every circumstance. Customers should continue checking their platform extranets and promptly resolve booking conflicts.
6. Customer data and responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter, lawful collection of guest data, protection of calendar links and account credentials, and compliance with external-platform terms.
7. Tax and financial tools
Tax calculations, deadlines and financial reports are informational and operational aids only. They are not accounting, tax or legal advice and do not replace official filings. Rates and rules may change or depend on the customer’s legal status and business activity code. Verify figures with the relevant tax authority or a qualified accountant before filing.
8. Availability and third parties
Maintenance, updates or temporary interruptions may occur. Stumari does not control Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Telegram or other external providers. Their outages, API/iCal changes and policies may affect related features.
9. Intellectual property
Stumari software, design and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the service. Customers retain rights to the data they submit.
10. Liability
Customers remain responsible for decisions about rates, booking confirmations, guest communications and tax filings. To the extent permitted by law, Stumari is not responsible for losses caused by external-platform outages, inaccurate customer-entered data, missed synchronization checks or incorrect interpretation of tax calculations. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Suspension and termination
Customers may stop using the service. Access may be temporarily restricted where necessary for a security incident, unlawful use or material breach of these terms. Requests to delete account data may be sent to the contact email and will be handled subject to applicable law and retention obligations.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. The parties will first seek to resolve disputes through discussion; otherwise, the procedures and mandatory user rights provided by Georgian law apply.
