Who is behind Stumari
Built for hosts, through a host’s eyes
The best hospitality begins when the host has time for the guest, not for the spreadsheets.
I have spent more than 15 years in hospitality, from the everyday life of small family-run hotels to opening large hotels and leading their teams. I know what the front desk looks like at eight in the morning, what it means to turn a room around in two hours for the next guest, and what high season feels like when every room is full and the phone never stops.
And everywhere, in large hotels and small ones, I saw the same thing: hosts lose hours on work the guest never sees. Matching the Booking and Airbnb calendars, writing the same message about Wi-Fi and directions again and again, amounts noted in a notebook and a stressful count at the end of the month for the tax return. And a single double booking can cost a whole season’s reputation.
Large hotels have expensive systems and whole departments for this. A small guesthouse needs neither. It needs a simple tool that speaks its language, works on a phone, knows the local rules and makes sense from day one.
That is how Stumari was born. Every feature comes from a real working day: one calendar for every channel, a morning plan showing who arrives and which room needs cleaning, ready messages for guests and numbers that add up by themselves at the end of the month. My goal is simple: to give you back time for the reason you chose this work in the first place, your guests.

Frequently asked questions
What is guesthouse management software and why do I need it?
It is one place for every booking, guest, price and payment. Stumari replaces the notebook, the spreadsheet and separate extranets: Booking.com and Airbnb bookings appear in one calendar automatically, and your tax figures are ready at the end of the month.
Do I have to give you my Booking.com or Airbnb password?
No. You only need the calendar (iCal) link that you copy from the extranet yourself. You paste it into Stumari and paste our link into Booking.com and Airbnb. Step-by-step instructions are in the app.
Does it rule out double bookings completely?
It cuts them sharply, but it cannot bring them to zero: we check the channels every 15 minutes, while Booking.com and Airbnb read our calendar at their own pace, sometimes only every few hours. If two bookings still overlap on one room, the system warns you on Telegram right away.
Does the system file my tax return?
No. You or your accountant file it on rs.ge (in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Turkey, on their tax portals). Stumari gives you ready figures by field and reminds you before the deadline.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
For 14 days after signing up, every feature is free. Cancel before day 15 and you pay nothing. If you continue, the plan price is charged automatically every month or once a year. You can cancel at any time.
What happens if my guesthouse is closed in winter?
Turn on the seasonal pause. The service stops at the end of the paid period, dates close on every channel automatically and billing stops. Switch it back on within 4 months and everything is restored, dates reopen too.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Stumari runs in the browser on iPhone, Android and computers. You can add it to your home screen as an app; no App Store download needed.
How many rooms is it for?
The House plan covers up to 5 rooms or apartments, the Pro plan 6 to 15. If you have more than 15 rooms, write to us and we will agree individual terms.
My guesthouse is in Armenia, Azerbaijan or Turkey. Will it work for me?
Yes. When you choose the property’s country, the currency, time zone, tax rules and invoice language adapt. The interface is available in Armenian, Azerbaijani, Turkish, Russian and English. You see the price in your currency and pay in lari.
Who can see my data?
Only you and the people you invite. Data is stored on a European server and separated at the database level; no other owner can see it.
